Three month secondment to work on scientific briefings for parliament

A joint initiative between EPSRC and the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology.

Any EPSRC-funded PhD or EngD students who will be in their second or third year of study (or fourth year for four year programmes) in March 2010 are eligible to apply for a three month secondment to POST to work on scientific briefings for parliament.

This is an excellent opportunity for PhD students to develop communication and writing skills, and experience working with a wide range of people from government and industry as well as academia.funded PhD students in your department who might be interested.
